Business solutions to current business challenges do not derive, essentially, from adjusting processes and strategies, but from understanding our deep rooted underpinned human-relational issues. Business and achieving business outcomes is a human to human challenge.
Real change or transformation does not happen through prescription, persuasion or forcing values or worldviews, but through individual INSIGHTS which uncover false premises or beliefs. Those INSIGHTS lead to new INSIGHTS which disrupts outdated belief structures realeasing individual and team potential. Change is not about acquiring new beliefs but to release people from false premises and labels that cover their innate capacities.
